I LOVE Italy, Italy has completely blown me away, I just love the scenery, people, houses, pizza, ice cream and of course the absolutely mint white water.
I think that I have to come live here way up in the villages for a least two months a year. I mean how sick is that you can walk out your back door straight on to a grade 4 run with sick drops, slides and moves.
It was amazing paddling in a village with a massive slide to drop bang smack in the middle.
The Teva Mountain Games were held in the Val Sesia valley on two rivers the Eguia and the Sorber, the first race was the time trial down a sick section of slides, drops and rapids all super low volume, in this I felt good and was going fast but I managed to stuff up big time twice which cost me allot of time putting me in 16th position, but Honza managed to smoke it coming home in first.
Next day was the Slalom which was sweet one chance a making it just like in real life according to Arnd Shaftlin, in this I thought I went sweet but it was still only good enough to bring back a 13th
In the afternoon it was a time trial, I went pretty good and came home 3rd to Honza and the Italian, I was pretty happy and super stoked for Honza.
After a sweet dinner and party cheers to Teva it was the third and final day Boater X yeeh boy.
The boater X was sick, racing in groups of four the first two went through, lucky for me I ended up racing the flying Italian, but Yappa leant me his MAC1 which was super fast, and I was able to beat him in the first and second heat.
Now was the semi final and I was up against three Italians, this would be hard I made sure I paddled super hard and was able to come back in 1st again wahoo.
In the Final I also managed to dominate it and come 1st putting me in 6th over all and the man him self HONZA winning yeh boy

Apart from racing Pat Keller and my self fired up Devil slide on Wednesday or Thursday to be followed by a run with a few more on Monday check the photo and it will be in the next LVM
